Freshmen from the 2026 academic year onwards (Mueunjae School of Undergraduate Studies)

- Educational Digital Devices: Laptops, Tablet & Stylus Pen Bundles, and Desktop PCs sold as a complete set (individual components purchased separately are not eligible) 

Purchases must be made within one year of admission to be eligible for the grant.

Up to 1,000,000 KRW (One-time reimbursement based on actual expenditure)

Submit Purchase Plan → Student Affairs Team Approval → Purchase Device → Submit Purchase Report (Within 2 weeks after purchase)

• ※ Mandatory Requirement: Submission of Purchase Report with official supporting documents.
• - Disbursement Method: Disbursed directly to the student’s personal scholarship account.
• - Submission: Email (sunya@postech.ac.kr) + Physical copy submission (Student Affairs Team, Mueunjae Memorial Hall 2F, #205).

• - Mandatory submission of purchase receipt, serial number, photo of the actual device, delivery details, etc.
• - If unused within 1 year, the remaining amount will automatically convert to the general learning activity voucher balance.
• - If a student withdraws from the university within 2 semesters of enrollment, the full grant amount must be refunded.
• - Resale or second-hand trading of electronic devices purchased with the grant is strictly prohibited (Violations will result in disciplinary action by the Student Life Committee and full recovery of the scholarship).
